Position Summary

Through inbound and outbound calls, representatives conduct a multi-question survey with prospective members, establishing rapport quickly, in a positive and professional manner. This position is on-site in our Boca Raton corporate office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Effectively conducts scripted inbound and outbound telephone campaigns with MDVIP customers and prospects.
  • Maintains a positive and professional demeanor during all contacts and accurately dispositions each contact following the call.
  • Performs specific tasks and projects as directed and maintains departmental performance expectations.

  • Active listening with the ability to ask structured questions and capture accurate information.
  • Consistent, reliable adherence to scripts, workflows, and compliance standards.
  • Strong attention to detail in call documentation and data entry.
  • Resilience and composure while handling repetitive tasks and varied customer interactions.
  • Time management and ability to meet call volume and performance targets.
  • Adaptability to feedback, performance metrics, and evolving campaign needs.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • At least one year of customer service or volunteer experience that focuses on establishing rapport with others and obtaining relevant data.
  • Accurately types 45 words per minute.
  • Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and manage call campaigns with little supervision.
  • Ability to identify, handle and resolve recurring issues.
  • Ability to organize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of modern office procedures and methods including telephone communications, office systems, and organized record keeping.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate degree
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
  • Bi-lingual or multi-lingual ability is highly desirable.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across appropriate US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate's work experience.
