Position Summary

The Associate Manager of Organic Marketing optimizes MDVIP’s online presence across various platforms. Reporting to the Director Product Growth, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate business listings and ensuring a positive brand image through effective reputation management strategies. This role requires strong organizational skills, technical proficiency, and a deep understanding of digital marketing.

 

You will work cross-functionally with marketing staff, internal departments, and affiliated physicians and agencies to manage business listings and reputation programs to fuel leads and sales. Listings and reputation management are two of the most important functions we perform for physicians, and we need a proactive and ambitious team member to take our program to the next level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to manage each physician's online business listings, including directories, search engines, social media platforms, and review sites.
  • Proactively manage ratings, reviews and our reputation across physician listings and for the MDVIP brand, working closely with relevant stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Manage external agencies and vendors, leveraging their expertise and tools to maximize growth.
  • Build reporting for, and own communications on, listings and reputation strategy and performance.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Three (3) years of experience in marketing, business, or communications roles.
  • Proficient in Excel for organizing and analyzing marketing data.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing business ratings and reviews on Google, Yelp, Trustpilot, etc.
  • Experience managing external agencies and vendors.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Supermetrics, PowerBI, or other analysis tools

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across appropriate US geographic markets.
