Position Summary

The Product Manager position will help drive the design, development, and launch of new specialty physician products within the MDVIP network. This role combines business strategy, clinical insight, and data-driven execution to turn complex medical and operational needs into scalable physician and member experiences. The ideal candidate combines a strong customer focus with operational, analytical and financial acumen to deliver measurable outcomes. This individual will lead cross-functional collaboration with our marketing, medical, sales, engineering and operations teams to shape innovative, evidence-based products that elevate preventive and personalized care for new specialties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap for specialists, aligned with business and clinical goals.
  • Conduct market, specialty, and competitive research, feedback and data analysis to identify and understand member and physician needs.
  • Translate clinical and business needs into clear product requirements and workflows.
  • Collaborate across marketing, medical, sales, engineering and operations teams to design and launch new products.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks or issues, and implement solutions to maintain project timelines and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Manage pilots, launches and testing, establish KPI’s, evaluate and optimize post-launch performance.

  • Lead with adaptability and innovation, iterating fast while maintaining strict compliance with all regulatory requirements

Key Competencies

  • Experience in product, marketing, data analysis, or a similar role in healthcare or B2B SaaS
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong business acumen and ability to lead change with cross-functional teams
  • Proactive, obsessively curious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and draw meaningful conclusions.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Five (5)+ years of professional experience.
• Experience in product, marketing, data analysis, or a similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced skills in Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with launching new products and services.
• Experience in healthcare or B2B SaaS.
