Position Summary

The Director of Practice Marketing owns the member growth strategy to accelerate member sales across our network of practices. Reporting to the VP Member Growth, you will develop and iterate on practice opening and post open marketing playbooks to deploy impactful localized marketing campaigns at scale.  This high-impact role is core to our business strategy and sits at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and execution, requiring someone who can translate complex data into actionable growth initiatives that deliver measurable results at the practice level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead member growth strategies across our network of primary care practices, developing differentiated approaches based on market dynamics, practice maturity, and competitive landscape. 
  • Lead and mentor a team of campaign managers, instituting project management and automation tools to effectively deliver on growth goals. 
  • Define scalable new practice opening campaign playbooks that enable consistent execution while allowing for local market customization. 
  • Analyze local market dynamics, practice characteristics, and trends to inform targeting and messaging 
  • Establish KPIs and dashboards to measure practice lead volume and conversion rates across segments and marketing channels to share with stakeholders and leadership. 
  • Manage marketing budgets to optimize return on investment and resource allocation across practices.  
  • Partner with Brand Marketing, Operations, and Sales teams to align growth strategies with organizational priorities. 

Key Competencies

  • Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills with ability to work with large datasets, build financial models, and extract meaningful insights from complex information.  
  • Demonstrated ability to frame ambiguous problems, develop hypotheses, and create actionable strategies that balance short-term execution with long-term vision.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders and physicians. 
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with structured approach to breaking down challenges and developing creative solutions.
  • Track record of moving from strategy to implementation, managing multiple priorities, and delivering results in fast-paced environments. 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree 
  • Eight (8) years of experience in strategy, analytics, or growth marketing roles. 
  • Three (3) years of leadership experience.
  • Background in management consulting, category management, or in analytical leadership roles at high-growth companies  
  • Experience developing and implementing strategies that drive measurable business results. 

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA Degree
  • Knowledge of field or local marketing strategies across a large network of franchises, retail locations, etc. 
  • Familiarity with healthcare compliance and regulatory considerations in marketing.
