Position Summary

We are seeking a creative and data-driven Email Marketing Associate to join our marketing team here in Boca. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing email campaigns to drive engagement, customer retention, and revenue growth. You’ll work cross-functionally with design, content, sales, and product teams to ensure our email communications are targeted, relevant, and on-brand.  

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage end-to-end email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, lifecycle workflows, and transactional messages.  
Build and segment email lists based on customer behavior, demographics, and engagement history.  
Create compelling subject lines, copy, and calls-to-action to improve open and click-through rates.  
Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing, mobile-responsive email templates.  
A/B test subject lines, content, send times, and design elements to optimize campaign performance.  
Monitor and report on key email metrics such as open rates, CTR, conversion rates, bounce rates, and unsubscribe rates.  
Ensure all emails comply with industry best practices, data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM), and brand guidelines.  
Manage and maintain email marketing project calendar and ensure timely execution of campaigns.  
Continuously analyze performance data and make recommendations for improvement.

Ability to work cross-functionally with design, content, and sales teams, and manage timelines effectively. 

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree
One (1) year of experience in email marketing or digital marketing.  

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with CRM systems and email marketing platforms (particularly Salesforce and Marketo).  
Experience with A/B testing and data analysis tools.  
Strong understanding of email marketing KPIs, list segmentation, and campaign optimization strategies.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across appropriate US geographic markets.
