Position Summary

As the Executive Director of Product – Physician Platform, Data & AI Technology, you will lead the evolution of MDVIP’s provider technology platforms. Your expertise will drive the strategic vision, oversee product innovation, and ensure business success for a suite of advanced, data-driven healthcare solutions. You will empower physicians nationwide with AI-powered tools and personalized data, helping to transform primary care delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set the Vision: Architect the future of MDVIP’s provider technology platform to advance personalized, data-driven care delivery.
  • Drive Results: Own P&L, growth, adoption, and market share for a portfolio that directly impacts clinical outcomes and business performance.
  • Lead & Inspire: Orchestrate high-performing, cross-functional teams across engineering, clinical, operations, marketing, and finance.
  • Measure What Matters: Implement robust KPIs, dashboards, and analytics to drive engagement, satisfaction, and financial performance.
  • Fuel Partnerships & Innovation: Cultivate strategic vendor alliances and drive new partnerships to expand platform value and reach.
  • Be the Face of MDVIP: Represent our platform with clients, partners, and at industry events, positioning MDVIP as a leader in digital health.

Key Competencies

  • Strategic thinker and operator with a proven track record in building and scaling healthcare technology products (EMR/AI experience preferred).
  • Ability to translate complex industry trends into actionable product strategy, delivering results through cross-functional leadership.
  • Exceptional communicator and collaborator, comfortable influencing at all levels from C-suite to engineering teams.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare technology, regulatory landscape, and the real-world needs of providers and patients.
  • Demonstrated capability to thrive in dynamic environments and drive organizational change.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Ten (10) years of product leadership, preferably in healthcare technology or EMR/EHR.
  • Demonstrated P&L ownership and executive-level reporting experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field strongly preferred.
  • Experience developing and launching AI-driven healthcare solutions.
  • Background in building partnerships with health technology vendors.
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen.
