Position Summary

MDVIP is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to be based out of our corporate office in Boca Raton FL, Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, you will provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources team. This role focuses on accurate data entry, timely response to Tier 1 HR requests, and maintaining a high standard of customer service for employees. The HR Coordinator will also be responsible for data integrity in the HRIS and assisting with reporting and reconciliation activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries (e.g., benefits, payroll, leave, policies), ensuring professional and timely responses.
  • Accurately enter and maintain employee information, job changes, benefits enrollments, and other transactions in the HRIS.
  • Monitor the HR inbox and ticketing system; escalate complex or sensitive issues to Tier 2/HR Manager.
  • Assist with generating HR reports, reconciling HRIS data against payroll and benefits provider reports, and identifying discrepancies.
  • Maintain personnel files, ensure documentation accuracy, and support compliance with company policies and employment laws.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes for greater efficiency and employee experience.

Key Competencies

  • Responds to Tier 1 requests within established service-level standards (e.g., 24–48 hours).
  • Maintains high data accuracy in HRIS and reporting.
  • Demonstrates professionalism, empathy, and clear communication in employee interactions.
  • Ensures documentation and data integrity meet audit and legal requirements.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer service mindset.
  • Excellent organizational skills; ability to manage multiple requests with urgency.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma
  • One (1) year of HR, administrative, or customer service experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for basic reporting and reconciliation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience in Human Resources

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across appropriate US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate's work experience.
