Position Summary

MDVIP is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Associate to join our marketing team in Boca Raton, FL. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketing Campaigns, you will support members of the Marketing Team with the tracking, processing and payment of monthly marketing-related expenses, as well as any additional administrative tasks where required. The ideal candidate is passionate about working as part of a team, thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment and is interested in learning more about Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update cost reporting across various marketing initiatives and channels.
  • Reconcile marketing expenses against invoices, purchase orders and budgets, working closely with Finance and Procurement teams to ensure accuracy.
  • Coordinate timely vendor payments, manage vendor relationships and assist with new vendor onboarding.
  • Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
  • Execute ad hoc operational projects to support the Marketing Team.

Key Competencies

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects, invoices, and reports simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort working with numbers, budgets, and reconciliations.
  • Time management and organizational skills to ensure timely payment processing and accurate reporting.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and liaise with vendors.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
  • One (1) year of professional experience ideally in marketing, finance, billing operations or similar.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across appropriate US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate's work experience.
