Position Summary

The Marketing Analyst – Business Intelligent and Reporting will play a critical role in understanding and identifying growth opportunities for one of the nation’s largest consumer health company. Reporting to the Vice President, Marketing Analytics, you will be responsible for performance reporting across the lead-to-sale marketing funnel, including ownership of daily, weekly and monthly reporting. In addition to ongoing reporting, you will conduct ad hoc analysis to deep dive into key business opportunities such as membership conversion, retention and new practice opening trajectory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to visualize funnel performance KPIs
  • Monitor daily performance and deliver accurate and timely performance reports to stakeholders
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis to investigate changes in metrics and understand performance drivers
  • Develop and maintain forecast models to support intramonth pacing and annual planning exercises
  • Track and monitor marketing spend against budget with functional owners and the finance team
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis to investigate changes in metrics and understand performance drivers

Key Competencies

  • Effective cross-functional collaboration with marketing, finance, and technology to ensure data accuracy and metric alignment
  • Ability to interpret complex data, conduct ad hoc analysis, and identify performance trends and business opportunities (e.g., conversion, retention, growth)
  • Proficient in analyzing B2C or B2B marketing funnels, with a strong grasp of campaign performance metrics and lead-to-sale conversion dynamics
  • Adept at identifying performance trends and anomalies with precision, ensuring reporting accuracy and high-quality analysis

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
  • Two (2) years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence or related role in the consumer technology, healthcare, consulting or finance industries
  • Demonstrated experience with Power BI, including building and maintaining dashboards
  • Proven ability to build and manage forecast models (daily pacing, conversion, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in SQL

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across appropriate US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate's work experience.
