If you're a proactive, detail-obsessed project manager with healthcare experience and a passion for making a difference, we want to meet you.

You’ll oversee up to 30 physician practice launches per year, driving performance across key metrics, including, On-Time Opening Rate, Milestone Completion, Issue Resolution Speed, Internal Handoff Quality, Physician Satisfaction Score (30/90 Days), and Budget Adherence

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Serve as the primary practice opening leader for physicians establishing a new MDVIP practice.
  • Create and manage detailed project plans, coordinating across departments (marketing, IT, legal, ops).
  • Monitor timelines, milestones, and targets; escalate risks proactively.
  • Deliver regular status updates to internal stakeholders and physician offices using Smartsheet, Jira, or similar tools.
  • Partner closely with Member Enrollment team to deliver project results in support of practice growth.

Physician & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build trusted relationships with physicians and their teams; lead weekly communications and bi-weekly advisory meetings.
  • Influence physicians to follow MDVIP best practices while respecting and empowering them to run their own businesses.
  • Facilitate onboarding sessions, ensuring clear understanding of milestones, roles, and responsibilities.
  • Address issues swiftly and ensure the physician’s voice is central to every decision.

Operational Excellence

  • Standardize best practices across implementations while tailoring support to each practice’s needs.
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts, identifying process bottlenecks and driving cross-team alignment.
  • In partnership with the Member Enrollment team, ensure a clean handoff to our Success Management team, enabling long-term practice health.

Key Competencies

  • Strong track record managing physician or client-facing transitions with multiple stakeholders.
  • You build trust quickly and make complex transitions feel seamless.
  • Excellent communication and executive reporting skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%, based on launch needs.
  • You are execution driven and never miss a deadline - know how to rally teams to stay on track.
  • You thrive in ambiguity and solve problems before they grow.
  • You're always thinking one step ahead for the physician and their patients.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field — or equivalent experience.
  • Five (5) years in implementation/project management, ideally in healthcare, consulting, or franchise models.

  • Familiarity with Smartsheet, Salesforce, Confluence, or similar project tools.
  • PMP certification or formal project management training.
