Position Summary

The On-Site Patient Enrollment Specialist is responsible for leading patient education, facilitating enrollment, and executing the launch plan for transitioning MDVIP physicians. Embedded in the practice for 70–75% of the transition timeline, this role is key to ensuring timely panel completion, high conversion from engaged patients, and successful delivery of training to physicians and staff. This team member must balance execution of the project plan, performance against aggressive enrollment metrics, and high-impact in-person communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Educate and convert patients by communicating MDVIP’s personalized care value proposition, achieving ≥ 30% engagement-to-enrollment conversion rate.
  • Drive weekly sign-up velocity to meet or exceed full panel acquisition by Day 120.
  • Deliver physician and staff onboarding that ensures full understanding and advocacy of the MDVIP model.
  • Own and execute detailed launch plans with precision; escalate risks and ensure timely completion of each milestone.
  • Host in-person enrollment events and deliver outbound calling campaigns to boost engagement and conversions.

  • Strong presentation, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • Two (2) years of professional experience
  • One (1) year in sales or client-facing roles, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding goals
  • Comfort with fieldwork and travel (up to 75%)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in primary care or concierge medicine
  • Background in new service or practice launches
  • Familiarity with CRM or project tracking systems
