Position Summary

Are you passionate about helping patients make informed healthcare choices? Do you thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments where relationship-building and communication are key?

As a Patient Advocate, you’ll play a vital role in delivering a personalized healthcare experience by educating patients on a transformative wellness program offered through MDVIP-affiliated physicians. Using your persuasive communication and interpersonal skills, you will work closely with patients to ensure they fully understand the program and feel confident in their healthcare decisions.

This role is ideal for individuals with a background in healthcare, sales, or customer service who are energized by direct patient engagement and enjoy the challenge of meeting daily performance goals.

During a typical 14 to 16-week transition period, you’ll work on-site at the physician’s office, aligning your schedule with office hours. You will also participate in evening or weekend events to support program success and patient outreach.

This is a temporary full-time position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily meetings with scheduled patients to present program benefits and answer questions
  • Drive enrollment by clearly communicating the program’s value, and provide daily progress updates to the physician
  • Serve as the key liaison between the physician’s office staff and MDVIP’s corporate team
  • Support and participate in staff training sessions and patient-facing events
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to ensure a smooth transition and successful program implementation

Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate degree from an accredited college or university
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience (e.g., healthcare, sales, customer service), or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales, clinical roles, or customer service in a healthcare setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to manage data and reporting in a CRM system

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across appropriate US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate's work experience.
