Role Summary:

MDVIP is seeking a passionate sales professional for a consultative sales role. As a Patient Enrollment Specialist, you will communicate the benefits of the MDVIP program to potential members through calls, emails, and text messages. They will target leads near transitioning physicians, follow up with prospects, schedule meetings, and collaborate with physicians. The role involves building connections, addressing needs, and guiding prospects through the decision-making process.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 

    • Sells prospective members on the benefits of MDVIP membership in an MDVIP-affiliated physician practice.  Explains the program effectively, discovering which program components generate interest so that they can demonstrate the value of the program. 
    • Handles inbound call activity and accurately documents Salesforce (CRM system) with the outcome of all inbound and outbound interactions.
    • Performs general research and problem resolution. Escalates concerns to management, as necessary.
    • Research & Targeting: Identifies most effective contact channels using strategic calls, emails, text messages to highlight the benefits of the MDVIP program. 
    • Qualify Leads: Maintain a well-organized pipeline of warm leads to ensure consistent follow up systematically to achieve maximum conversion.  Assesses if leads may be better suited for other affiliated practices, now or in the future, and coordinates sales process to enroll. 
    • Maintain CRM: Keep accurate records of prospect interactions, follow-ups, and pipeline activities in the CRM system. 
    • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies, share insights, and improve lead conversion rates. 
    • Metrics-Driven: Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation and conversion rates.  Provide regular reports to management on lead pipeline status, challenges, and successes. 

Qualifications

Qualifications: 

 

  • A minimum of 1.5 years of outbound or inbound experience in a B2C sales role 
  • Strong performance as a BDR/SDR - proven track record in sales, account management (with a sales focus), or a related role emphasizing lead conversion. 
  • Strong prospecting, communication, active listening, adaptability, negotiation, and time management skills. 
  • Goal oriented with a track record of measurable success, exceeding company sales goals, as an SDR or BDR 
  • Experience with CRM tools (preferably Salesforce) and inContact (a plus but not required). 
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively 
  • Analytical abilities are required, with a demonstrated ability to be given a high-level data analysis problem – and be able to develop an actionable and accurate report in a consistent and repeatable format is required.  

Education: 

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field and 1.5 years in a similar role (sales development, business development, or lead generation) with experience in cold outreach; or equivalent combination of education and experience where two years related experience equals one year of schooling.
