In this role, you will provide essential assistance to the Sales and Survey teams by managing call monitoring, case auditing, and supporting new hire training and scheduling. You will play a key role in organizing and implementing team-building activities, as well as ensuring proper reconciliation of department cards. Additionally, you will work closely with leadership teams to ensure the smooth operation and efficiency of daily activities. Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

 

Training Support

New Hire & Training Coordination:

  1. Coordinates and arranges all content material including preparation for training including handouts, MDVIP swag, writing materials. 
  2. Coordinates obtaining IT equipment for new sales and survey center agents. 
  3. Coordinates training agenda with Sales Trainer and sends appropriate calendar invites. 
  4. Coordinates arrangement of lunch and other necessary issues which may arise throughout training.

 

Department Activity Support

Administrative Responsibilities:

  1. Tracks important employee events such as birthdays, anniversaries, etc. to support employee recognition efforts. 
  2. Assists the leadership team with specified projects, culture activities, and administrative requirements. 
  3. Schedules appointments, meetings, and completes assigned action items for leadership teams. 
  4. Reconciles departmental credit cards, orders food for events, manages culture event calendar and reporting, etc. 
  5. May assist other team members as back-up for specific assignments i.e. Sales Trainer and WFM. 
  6. Provides call monitoring assistance to the sales and survey teams. 
  7. Provides disposition and case auditing and provides the results to the leadership team for review and coaching.

Education / Experience / Knowledge:

Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college and at least 2 years related business experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience where two years related experience equals one year of schooling. Related experience providing administrative support to a team is required.

  • Ability to work independently and manage objectives with little supervision is preferred.
  • Demonstrated good judgment and ability to communicate effectively with others.
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail is required.
  • Prior recruiting experience and use of applicant tracking system highly preferred.
