Overview

Join MDVIP as a CRM & Analytics Sales Enablement Technology Lead. This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior CRM and Analytics professional to drive sales enablement for our sales teams! This role combines expertise in CRM and data analytics, using powerful tools like Salesforce, CVENT, Outreach, Smartsheet, and PowerBI to create impactful solutions such as sales forecasting, event surveys, and workflow automation. The ideal candidate will be a strategic problem-solver with a track record of collaborating with senior sales leaders to transform requirements into actionable solutions that deliver measurable business results.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • Sales Forecasting Systems: Design and implement sales forecasting solutions that provide visibility into sales performance and enable proactive decision-making.
  • Process Optimization: Use a mix of low-code and no code tools to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency across sales processes.
  • Event Registration and Survey Workflows: Build and optimize survey workflows for pipeline and events registration using platforms like CVENT and Qualtrics to gather feedback and improve future events.
  • Custom Solutions Design: Develop low-code solutions across various platforms like Salesforce, Smartsheet, and PowerBI to meet specific business needs.
  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with senior sales leaders to understand business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Integration Management: Ensure seamless integration of various platforms (Salesforce, Smartsheet, Outreach, etc.) for a unified user experience and data consistency.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide actionable insights for sales teams and leadership.

  • Technical Expertise: Highlight proficiency in Salesforce (e.g., custom workflows, dashboards), PowerBI (sales forecasting models), CVENT (event registration) Qualtrics (surveys), Outreach (sales engagement), and Smartsheet (project tracking). Comfortable designing and implementing integrations, custom reports, dashboards, and automation workflows.
  • Leadership Collaboration: Emphasize the ability to work with senior sales leaders to define requirements, aligning tech solutions with business goals.
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a knack for turning complex requirements into easy-to-use, scalable solutions.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work in close partnership with senior sales leaders, marketing, IT teams, and other departments.
  • Business Acumen: Understanding of business strategy and the ability to align technical solutions with broader organizational goals.

 

Desired Skills:

  • Experience in sales forecasting, event registration, survey workflows, and CRM systems.
  • Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Understanding of sales cycles, strategies and challenges.
  • Familiarity with PowerBI, Tableau, Smartsheet, or other data analytics tools for reporting and visualization.
  • Knowledge of API integration and data management best practices.
