About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Leader to operationalize and optimize HR initiatives that drive workforce effectiveness, streamline operations, and enhance the employee experience.

Our team in HR is not made up of just traditional “HRists” – we first and foremost align with what the business is trying to accomplish, and strive to create programs, processes, and data that help us generate more impactful outcomes for our Team Members, Physicians and Patients.

As a key driver of success, you will work cross-functionally to improve HR operations, optimize systems, and enhance program impact through data-driven decision-making and automation.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

HR Program Execution

  • Implement and manage scalable HR programs that support business priorities, including talent development, performance management, workforce planning, and engagement.
  • Establish program governance, frameworks, and best practices to ensure consistency and efficiency in execution.
  • Analyze HR program performance and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

Process Optimization & HR Systems Management

  • Optimize and automate HR processes to improve efficiency, reduce manual efforts, and enhance service delivery.
  • Oversee the management and optimization of HR systems (HRIS, ATS, LMS, performance management tools, and analytics platforms) to improve data integrity and reporting capabilities.
  • Partner with IT, HR Tech, and cross-functional teams to implement new systems, integrations, and self-service HR solutions that improve efficiency and employee experience.
  • Lead Analyst in the development of HR dashboards, reporting tools, and analytics to track key HR metrics, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, data governance, and system security requirements.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Leadership

  • Work closely with senior leaders and managers to understand workforce needs and translate them into HR initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional HR transformation projects, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption of new processes.
  • Provide training and change management support to ensure effective implementation of HR programs and systems.

Continuous Improvement

  • Lead HR process redesign initiatives that support business scalability, operational efficiency, and workforce transformation.
  • Create knowledge-sharing and self-service resources to enhance manager and employee autonomy.
  • Implement feedback loops, surveys, and engagement metrics to continuously refine HR programs based on employee and leadership insights.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor or Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or relevant work experience.
  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in HR program management, HR strategy, process optimization, or HR operations.
  • Strong expertise in HR systems management, process automation, and digital transformation in HR (HRIS, ATS, LMS, analytics tools, workflow automation platforms, etc.).
  • Proven ability to design and implement scalable HR programs, manage cross-functional projects, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Experience using data analytics to measure HR program effectiveness and optimize business impact.
  • Strong stakeholder management and change leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.

Skills & Competencies:

  • A process guru – able to see inefficiencies and quickly optimize processes so that they work for end users.
  • A business owner – we are looking for owners, not employees. Individuals who strive to run their teams and responsibilities as though they own the business.
  • Driving for impact – we measure what we make and ensure that it is delivering on business success.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
