Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to manage each physician’s online business listings, including directories, search engines, social media platforms, and review sites. Optimize visibility by maintaining accuracy, consistency, and completeness of business information across all platforms, including address, contact details, opening hours, and more.
  • Reputation Management: Monitor and respond to customer reviews and ratings on various channels to maintain a positive online reputation. Proactively identify and manage reviews or feedback, working closely with relevant stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align strategies for consistent brand messaging across business listings and healthcare directories. Collaborate with external partners, such as agencies or vendors, to leverage their expertise and tools.
  • Reporting: Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of business information across all platforms, including address, contact details, opening hours, and more

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university, with a degree in Marketing, Business or Communications and three to five years of related business experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience where two years related experience equals one year of schoolingRelated experience assumes a similar corporate role focused on search engine optimization and reputation management with a focus on lead generation. 

Required: 

  • Experience managing business ratings and reviews on Google, Yelp and/or other consumer sites 
  • Experience with social media platforms, consumer engagement and strong awareness of the digital world. 
  • Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills. 
  • Is organized and attentive to details.  
  • Balances creative and analytical thinking to drive increased results. 
  • Ability to manage third-party agencies, partners, and vendors. 
  • High proficiency in data analytics. The ability to turn large volumes of data into simple business insights.
